Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 good size cucumbers
2 green onions, sliced (with tops)
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Peel cucumbers and slice thin. Combine remaining ingredients and mix.
Cover and chill.
