Million Dollar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. granulated sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
