Piquant Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked ham, ground
    1 lb. lean pork, ground
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine meats with remaining loaf ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pack into 8 1/2 x 4 1/4-inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
