Deep Dish Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. margarine
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation

Dice potatoes and arrange in a deep dish casserole pan.
Melt margarine and stir in onion soup mix.
Drizzle this mixture evenly over potatoes and stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until soft.
Potatoes can also be microwaved.
Stir often and rotate dish until soft.
