Gravy (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. meat or poultry drippings
    1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. warm broth or water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine drippings and flour in 4-cup glass measure.
    Add broth and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Season to taste.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Beat well and continue cooking 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
    Beat lightly and serve.
    Makes about 2 cups.
