Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. broccoli
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 purple onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets.
    Combine with sliced onion, mushrooms and celery.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Let marinate overnight before serving.
    Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
