Plain Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs and salt.
    Add milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake in a low oven (300\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes.
