Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    8 slices crisp bacon
    2 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts (or pecans)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. white Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Break broccoli and fried bacon into pieces.
    Mix with onions, raisins and walnuts.
    Make dressing by mixing remaining ingredients.
    Toss salad with dressing approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.
    Chill until ready to eat.
    Serves 8 generously.
