Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 small zucchini squash, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put zucchini, margarine and seasonings in a skillet.
    Cover and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Uncover and cook for 5 minutes, turning slices.
    Sprinkle with cheese and toss.
    Serves 4.
