Baked Mayonnaise Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up in serving pieces
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic
    salt.
    Coat chicken; roll in crushed corn flakes. Bake
    at 400\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes more.
