Hot Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine\tin
    pan.
    Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add
    apples,
    stirring
    to
    coat with seasonings. Cover and cook
    5
    minutes.
    Remove cover and add lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes longer or until tender.
    Serve warm.
