Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 c. butter, divided
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix potatoes with sugar, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup butter, coconut, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan or casserole dish.
Mix brown sugar, flour, rest of butter and nuts. Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
