Sausage Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (plain, hot or seasoned)
    1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Clean fresh mushrooms.
    Carefully snap stem from mushroom cap. Cut stems in small pieces and place in pan of melted butter.
