Baked Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 fresh broccoli or 20 oz. pkg. frozen, cooked and drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/4 c. firm oleo or butter
Preparation
    Heat 1-inch salted water to boiling.
    Add broccoli.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Cook until spears are almost tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Place drained broccoli in ungreased 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
    Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth. Pour over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
