Cinnamon-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all dry ingredients and mix in large bowl.
    In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil.
    Add this mixture and raisins to dry ingredients; mix well.
    Grease muffin pan and fill the cups half full of the mixture.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
