Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
Put meat in bottom of casserole.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Layer on top of meat.
Pour can of soup on top of potatoes and cover with foil.
Cook for about an hour or until potatoes are soft.
Cook at 350\u00b0.
Right before you are ready to take out of oven, put can of onions on top and brown.
Feeds 2 to 4.
