Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together Crisco, eggs and sugar.
    Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and sugar.
    Mix Crisco mixture and flour mixture together.
    Roll into small balls.
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
