Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine or butter
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. cut up chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in rectangular pan in oven. Mix Bisquick, paprika and salt. Coat chicken.
    Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn and bake another 15 minutes or until done.
    This recipe works well with pork chops, too.
