Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 banana
    1 c. apple or orange juice
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries
Preparation
    Place
    all ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend
    until smooth.
    Leftovers will keep for a day or can be frozen
    for pops. Yields 3 cups.
    Contains 1 gram fat and 3 grams fiber per cup.
