Lite Coconut Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick regular or lite
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth; batter will be a little lumpy.
    Beat by hand.
    Pour ingredients into pie plate. Sprinkle top with a little coconut and bake 50 to 55 minutes. Test with knife in center.
    When done will come out clean.
