Broccoli And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 stick of butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 pkgs. thawed chopped broccoli
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut up
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    In a large crock pot, melt butter.
    Add flour to make a paste and then add the broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and soup, heating thoroughly.
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
    Add garlic salt to taste.
    Serve with chips.
