Mock Oyster Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1/2 large chopped onion
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 roll garlic cheese
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and mushroom pieces.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well.
    Combine and add mushroom soup.
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Combine in chafing dish to serve.
    Serves 12.
    Freezes beautifully.
