Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped meat
    2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. plain tortilla chips
    1 can refried beans
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar
    1 jar salsa
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 can black olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chopped meat with taco sauce mix according to package instructions.
    In a 4-quart casserole dish, layer ingredients one at a time:
    1/2 tortilla chips, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 refried beans, 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 black olives, 1/2 salsa and top with 1/2 Cheddar.
    Repeat another layer with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and heated through.
    Serves 4 to 6.
