Cheese Bonbon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix oleo and the cheeses together.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle
    over
    this,
    mixing
    well.
    Roll pieces about the size of walnuts
    with
    your hands and press down the center of each with a
    pecan\thalf.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
