Vegetable Filling For Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shredded zucchini
    2/3 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. ground peanuts
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    12 egg rolls
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Fill and fry egg rolls.
    Serve with sauce.
