Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until light. Add beaten egg yolks and vinegar.
Add spices and raisins; mix well and fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. It forms its own meringue while cooking.
