Joan Burba'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    raisins to taste
    2 c. or more cooked rice
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a greased baking dish.
    Dot with more butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
