Zingerman'S Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. fettuccine
    1 1/2 c. shredded farmer's cheese (6 oz.)
    1 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 beaten eggs
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook fettuccine according to package directions until just tender.
    Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain and set aside.
