Andy'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
Beat butter, sugar (1 1/2 cups) and eggs together.
Gradually add the flour mixture until well mixed.
