Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook onion in melted butter.
Mix in flour.
Add Parmesan cheese and salt, then add milk.
Beat egg yolks and put in cheese mixture.
Cook slowly 10 minutes.
Add Mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Cook one package lasagne noodles and layer with meat sauce in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
After final meat layer, seal top with cheese sauce.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
