Cranberry Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 pt. cranberry juice
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice and cranberry juice.
    Cool and freeze.
