Sesame Chicken And Noodle Salad(From First Immigrant Restaurant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, poached, skinned and torn into bite-size pieces
    8 oz. Chinese noodles (mein) or spaghetti
    1/2 red pepper, julienned
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, julienned
    1/4 small head nappa or Chinese cabbage, julienned
    8 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in warm water and julienned (remove stems)
    4 oz. snow peas, strings removed and lightly blanched
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. black sesame seed, toasted
    1 Tbsp. white sesame seed, toasted
    1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Combine chicken, noodles and remaining salad ingredients.
    Toss with dressing. Refrigerate and let marinate 1 hour or longer before serving.
