Lemony Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, honey and water in a saucepan.
    Add carrots and bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Drain carrots.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with mint.
    Yield: 4 servings.
