Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shell macaroni
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. salt
    8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. pimento
    2 cans English peas, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in water until tender.
    Drain.
    Blanch with cold water and drain again.
    Add seasoned salt, salt, eggs, celery, green peppers and pimentos.
    Toss lightly.
    Add English peas.
    Toss lightly.
    Gently mix in mayonnaise.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Garnish as desired.
