Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
dash of Tabasco sauce
strawberry preserves

Preparation

Spray Pam on cake mold.
Mix all ingredients except preserves and place in mold.
Put the preserves in center.
Even up and chill. Add crackers.
