    Salami Wedges
    Sausage Frills
    1/2 lb. natural Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. caraway cheese
    3/4 lb. hard summer sausage
    (or cheeses of choice)
    lettuce
Preparation
