Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
6 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with the beaten eggs. Bake at 400\u00b0 in a large baking pan until bread is good and brown.
