Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared pie crust (2 layers)
    2 c. cranberries
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Chop cranberries; mix with water, sugar, flour, nutmeg and lemon rind.
    Fill pie pastry with mixture.
    Dot with butter, cut into small pieces.
    Top with whole layer of pie crust or crisscross strips, your choice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Great to top off a dinner of fish, fowl, pork or beef.
