Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown together the sausage, onion and green pepper.
    Add the mushroom soup, 1 can water and the instant rice.
    Cook until thickened.
    Season with the garlic salt, celery salt and salt and pepper.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
