Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
raisins (if desired)

Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar, oil and apples.
Add other ingredients and mix.
Use 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
