Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or 3 sticks margarine
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self rising flour
    3 tsp. lemon extract
    1 pkg. white raisins, rolled in flour
    1 small jar marsc. cherries
    1/4 c. cherry juice
    1 can crushed pineapple, spoon from can
    1/2 pkg. flake coconut (7 oz.)
    2 heaping c. of chopped pecans, rolled in flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs, butter and flour.
    Blend well.
    Add pineapple, cherries, coconut and cherry juice.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon extract, mix well again.
    Place in floured and greased pan. Put in preheated oven at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
    Turn upside down to cool.
