Corny Cornmeal Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. bacon fat
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 dash red pepper
    34 oz. creamed corn (approximately)
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in bacon fat.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    In a baking dish, approximately 17 x 11 x 2 1/2-inch, bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
