Red Snapper Mozart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 snapper fillets (8 oz. each)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    flour to coat
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Marinate snapper in a combination of salt, pepper, lemon juices and Worcestershire sauce in a baking dish.
    Remove fish and dip in flour to coat.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Brown snapper slowly on both sides.
    Transfer fish to a two-quart baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    (Total cooking time for skillet and oven is 15 minutes.)
