Mashed Potato And Cream Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes (real, not instant)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can French fried onion rings (on top)
Preparation
    Drain a can of sweet potatoes.
    Roll potatoes in mixture of flour and white sugar.
    Make syrup of brown sugar, butter and a little water. Bring to a boil and pour over potatoes.
    Place in a 325\u00b0 oven just long enough until all is hot.
