Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter, oleo or salad oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Start heating the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bring water, butter and salt to boil.
    Add flour all at once, then beat over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a compact ball.
    Remove from the heat; continue beating to cool mixture slightly, about 2 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    After last egg has been added, beat until mixture has a satinlike sheen.
    Drop 5 or 6 mounds of batter 2 inches apart, swirling top of each mound.
