Marinated Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head red cabbage
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and place in a bowl.
    Add oil, vinegar, sugar, salts, pepper and onion.
    Mix well.
    Let stand several hours or overnight to allow flavors to mix.
