Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. well-drained cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Combine with cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Add eggs, onion, pimento and salt.
    Bake in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 6 to 8.
