Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks
    1 small yellow onion
    1 lb. or less lean ground beef
    1 bag tortilla chips, mashed
    1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain any extra fat.
    Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and beef mixture.
    Toss lightly.
    Add tortilla chips and Catalina dressing.
    Toss again.
    Serve immediately.
