Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
Preparation

Beat egg with flour and sugar.
Add rhubarb.
Mix margarine, brown sugar and flour together.
Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
