Weekend Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook ground beef 4 to 5 minutes or until brown.
    Drain excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    If desired, top with chopped onion and shredded cheese.
